Why these tiers
The Free tier is for evaluation. It shares signing keys across tenants, so it cannot show exclusive custody and is not meant as evidence you hand to an auditor. Pilot and Enterprise use dedicated per-project keys.
Pilot is for an AI vendor preparing for a customer security review or an AI certification audit: 1-year retention, dedicated KMS-encrypted keys, and a single point of contact who can answer a control question within the same business day. Enterprise adds custom KMS residency, an on-prem option, multi-year retention and a named support engineer.
The world-model-mcp core is MIT-licensed and can be self-hosted with no dependency on this service. The tiers above are for the hosted Etch service.
