Why these tiers

The Free tier is for evaluation and dogfooding. It shares signing keys across tenants, which means it is not compliance-grade: you cannot hand its audit log to an auditor as signed authenticated proof of exclusive custody. Upgrade to Pro or Pilot for dedicated per-project keys.

Pro is the smallest tier with real cryptographic guarantees, sized for individual developers and small teams shipping AI agents in real workflows. Priced against the LLM tools you already pay for.

Pilot pricing recovers hosting and KMS cost while remaining defensible on a compliance team's quarterly budget line. Enterprise pricing includes custom KMS residency, on-prem option, and named support.

The world-model-mcp core is MIT-licensed and can be self-hosted with no dependency on this service. The four tiers above are for the hosted Etch service.
